Unique family-friendly hotel. Nice room with a nice central garden, big bed for couple, basics. Very central location in contrast to the area outside. Also - short walk to train station at the back of the property and road, and the adjoined church.

The staff is friendly and attentive, which is a big plus. the hotel is located right by the train station, San Pedro market, cafes, bars, and the center of town, making it very convenient. - I liked that Holy Family Church, a popular tourist spot, is within a short distance from the hotel.

The hotel's location was amazing, being close to Inca ruins.

It was situated close to the main square. The WiFi was fast and constant. The water was hot all day round. Steps away from the san Pedro market.
We found a hard boiled egg under our bed !! Obviously not cleaned properly. The pillow was really hard and uncomfortable. The blanket was hard and rough. The place is run down and needs a lot of maintenance. The garden needs some serious attention.

The staff here is amazing, the rooms are fairly spacious with a lovely garden, nice showers, and a big bed for couples, and the location next to the old church is marvelous and fantastic.

Tbe hotel is attached to an old church and has a large courtyard full of beautiful flowers. It also is right a across the street from the San Pedro market and walking distance to the main square. Felt safe at night, plenty of police around in front of hotel As well as the tourist areas. Rooms were simple and the hot water pressure of the shower was great! Breakfast was good and the decor and ambience of the dining area is a great place to start the day. The owner of the hotel also owns a delicious Indian restaurant near Plaza das Armas.

Good location. Very authentic old monastery/ church still attended by nuns and part of the area ist used as an religious orphanage which I really appreciate. Rooms are spacious and nice (rustique). Free tea/ hot water 24hrs.
The owners are Indian which didn´t seem to be good at speaking spanish (not at all?) and with english it wasn´t that easy either. Not what you expect in such a city like Cusco and such nice area if accomodation. During breakfast, which is not too bad, we felt a little unwelcomed. They´ve been talking really loud in Indian language, mead a lot of noise and there was no heating in the breakfast room.

The facilities here are amazing, and the breakfast is top-notch 🌟. They offer fresh juices, local food, and natural cheese from the nearby market.

Wonderful family-friendly hotel with great value, we had a fairly nice stay. Double room with beautiful garden was the best. The location was marvellous and fantastic, short walk to the garden as well as a monastery next to the San Pedro market in Cusco and easily accessible.
